Nancy Castro – Founder

Nancy Castro, President of NJ&C began her construction career as a receptionist with Halmar Construction. With dedication and intuition Nancy rose through the ranks to become a regional field office manager with Granite Halmar, one of the nation’s largest contractors.

Nancy has amassed much expertise in over 20 years on major civil projects for NYSDOT, PANYNJ, MNCR, NYCT and NJT including as a professional liaison with executive and project management. Her organizational skills and comprehensive knowledge of the contractual and human resource elements of the industry allow her to be a reliable team player on any construction project.

Nancy has a proven track record of performing on complex projects and meeting challenging schedules and milestones. Her experience includes managing the contract administration of complex civil projects, including highways and bridges, railroad facilities and airports. As well as a record for dependable service that supports the construction of major projects including; turnkey field offices, IT setups, procurement management, office staffing and administrative support and construction management services.

With demonstrated key organizational skills, Nancy is a reliable team builder. She has the talents necessary for high level performance on major complicated civil construction projects.
