JULIAN PAZ

Waste Division Manager

Julian has been an estimator and field engineer for over 8 years. Prior to joining NJ&C he gained experience in plan reading, material take offs, subcontractor solicitations and job costing. Julian is currently the Senior Vice President of NJ&C Associates in Carmel, NY. His job includes management, sales, deliveries and contract estimating.

KERRY B.

Kerry has been with NJ&C Associates since 2011. Her focus has been in Office Management and Administrative Services specializing in startup and closeout of Field Offices. Kerry’s dedication to detail and enthusiasm in learning new facets of her job have taken her from part-time consulting to full time Office Manager with NJ&C Associates.

STEPHANIE J.

Stephanie joined NJ&C Associates in March 2010 as a “Document Control Specialist.” Her first project was the MTA 50th Street Ventilation Facility worth 95 million (2010 to 2013). Throughout the years her position as a document control specialist morphed into an office manager. Since her first day Stephanie has continually grown both personally and professionally.

HERO R.

Heroshne graduated from St. Bonaventure University in 2010 with a Bachelors of Psychology. She joined NJ & C Associates in November of 2015, and has gained experience working as a payroll clerk. Her talents have made her a key player in her department that has union and non-union payroll exceeding 300 employees weekly.

AIDITA K.

Aidita joined the NJ&C team in October 2015. Throughout her work career, she has held several positions; i.e. H.R. Assistant, Admin. Assistant to Deputy General Manager, Admin. Assistant to Vice President, Customer Service Rep., etc. She is currently the administrative assistant to the newest of NJ&C’s Divisions and looks forward to the growth and prosperity of this new venture.

KRISTEN M.

In 2015, Kristen began working for NJ&C as an Assistant Administrator, where she managed phones and performed routine clerical work. She is now the Proposal Coordinator where she puts bids together for upcoming construction projects. She develops RFQ’s, RFP’s and other bid processing skills which require her to work closely with NYSDOT, The Port Authority of NY and NJ, and Metro-North Rail Road, along with other private sector companies.

ROSEMARIE L.

RoseMarie provides business office services for our contracted Construction companies. She has a back ground in accounting and she has been with NJ&C Associates since November 2010. Her functions entail but are not limited to Accounts Payable, Payroll and Clerical services. She was also the photographer of progress photos at the RK Bridge Project in 2013.

TIFFANY S.

Tiffany brings valuable organizational and communication skills to her current positon as office manager and receptionist her extraordinary organization skills and attention to detail has made her a key figure in her current position and she looks forward to longevity within our group. Tiffany has been with NJ&C Associates since 2016.

SHARON S.

Sharon has been with NJ&C Associates since 2015. She attended Kent State University in Kent, Ohio where she graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in 2012. She is currently assisting in bid management. Sharon has mastered the web-based program, isqft, which she uses to organize upcoming projects for the estimating department.

MICHAEL DAMAS

Michael who resides out of Queens NY has been in the waste management business for over five years. From a yard and shop employee in 2013 to a field technician in the later years he is now the operations manager here at NJ&C.

MONIFA PETERS

Monifa joined NJ&C in January 2019 as an Administrative Assistant for the Replacement Bridge over Atlantic Street Phase 2 project in Stamford, CT worth 75 million. Her functions includes but are not limited to Accounts Payable, Payroll and Clerical Services. She looks forward to growth with this company.

Autumn O’Reilly  joined NJ&C  associates in March 2019. Capable, determined, confident and goal orientated administrative assistant, with extensive experience in supporting accounts payable, human resources and clerical services. Autumn is a highly approachable individual who has a pleasant attitude and a willingness to make a positive mark on this new adventure. Autumn is currently working on Kew Gardens Interchange Phase project in Kew Gardens, NY worth $400 million. She is looking forward to the many opportunities NJ&C associates will provide.
